Aviva Natural Health launches the Fiber35Diet

Catering to this demand, Aviva Natural Health has launched the Fiber35Diet product line, which is a diet program to promote health and wellness among people. Canada saw the launch of this diet program on March 16, 2007.
The Fiber35Diet line has been designed by the naturopath Brenda Watson, who is a Certified Nutritional Consultant working with Aviva Natural Health. The main purpose of the diet is to reduce weight and to improve the general state of physical health. The 35 in the name refers to 35 grams of fiber, which is the minimum amount of fiber required for proper digestive metabolism within the body.
As its name suggests, the Fiber35Diet aims at promoting good health among its clients by controlling their calorie intake. Brenda Watson states that the Fiber35Diet is poised to become a lifetime eating pattern for people conscious about their health, along with such benefits as keeping slim and preventing all kinds of diseases caused due to obesity, including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart attacks, etc. In short, according to Brenda Watson, the Fiber35Diet is designed to make the consumer take better control of their bodies.
There are many components in the Fiber35Diet lineup. The following are the ones that have already been introduced:-
FitSMART Shakes is a purely natural product with no synthetic additives at all. It is available in a choice of flavors, such as chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. This is one of the most nutritious of Aviva’s products. It contains twenty grams of proteins per serving, and ten grams of fiber.
FitSMART Bars are designed like snacks, available in flavors of lemon and chocolate. It contains ten grams of proteins and ten grams of fibers per serving.
Fruit & Veggie Fiber is composed of about 25 fruits and vegetables. It consists four grams of fiber per serving and is powered with several antioxidant ingredients.
FiberCHEWS are targeted towards a younger clientele. They are flavored with a chocolaty sweet taste. It contains two grams of fiber per serving.
ColonFIT has no fiber value, but it is a supplement to assist with natural cleansing and bowel movements.
In conjunction with the release of the diet line, Brenda Watson has also released a book named The Fiber35Diet: Nature’s Weight Loss Secret. The book has already become a bestseller. It has entered the top 10 on Amazon’s list at the end of February.
